Description
The purpose of this announcement is to deliver the following information. Savannah District will institute an electronic system for submission of SF 330 Architect-Engineer Qualifications starting June 8, 2004. ALL RESPONSES TO ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR ARC HITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY. HARDCOPY SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In order to submit SF 330 to Savannah District in response to future announcements for contracts for Architect-Engineer services, a firm MUST be register ed in the electronic system. This announcement is an invitation for all firms who are interested in submitting an SF 330 to Savannah District in the future to pre-register now. Instructions for pre-registration may be found at https://sasweb.sas.usace.ar my.mil/ae%20selection%20process/ . In addition, we invite you to participate in a test of the system. This test will involve firms uploading a sample SF 330 to our system to insure that our system provides required notification of receipt and that your SF 330 is in the correct format. The solicitation name for the test is *TestContract.* The sample SF 330 may contain any information you wish to include; we will only use it for purposes of this test. To participate in the test, please upload your sample S F 330 to https://sasweb.sas.usace.army.mil/aeselection/ by COB May 21, 2004. The SF 330 must not exceed 5 Megabytes and should be a Microsoft Word Document. The SF 330 should not exceed 50 pages, including 10 pages for Block H.
