- : The Philadelphia District intends to award a sole source modification to purchase order DACW61-03-P-0172 with CT Marine, 58 Crooked Train, Rowayton, CT providing services to advance the concept level hull form, propulsion and steering system to a level of detail and definition that can be used for vessel procurement purposes. Some design changes will be incorporated. This will continue from the concept development generated by this firm. Contract completion will be 30 days after award. This noti ce is NOT a request for quotes. No contract will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information receive d. All contractors are required to be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
