- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FQ285340230100 is a Request for Quote and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-2 dated 23 FEB 04. NAICS Code 561790. Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for non-personal service, to include all labor, parts, tools, travel, and material necessary to perform cleaning and sanitizing of ductwork for 8 air handlers in Building 300. Work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Period of performance - Date of award through 60 days thereafter. A mandatory pre-proposal site visit will be held Friday, 26 Mar 2004 at 9:00 am. Please advise the buyer identified below if no later than Thursday, 25 Mar if you plan to attend.
