Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Intelliseek, Inc., 1128 Main Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-7236 for renewal of annual licenses for a central server based Global Information Grid (GIG) gateway engine/search broker; revise the number of users to unlimited; upgrade the license used as an operational backup; basic maintenance, technical support, and software upgrade support. Intelliseek's Enterprise Discovery Suite (EDS) serves as DISA's GIG Gateway engine/search broker for the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) Search Service pilot project under the Information Dissemination Management (IDM) Program. The determination of the Government to award on a sole-source basis is made in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii) and is solely at the discretion of the government. This notice is not a solicitation document and is not a request for proposals.
