Description

The U.S. Department of the Interior, The National Business Center, Division of Acquisition Services intends to award a sole source contract to the Corporate Executive Board, Washibgton DC to provide membership to the Corporate Leadership Council to The Officer of the Secretary. This is being conducted as a sole source procurement because this unique service's existence rests on the membership of nearly 1000 Chief Human Resources Officers in both private and public sector. Membership in the "Corporate Leadership Council" which includes: unlimited access to proretary strategic research designated by the member HR executive; An Annual Executive Retreat; A series of Reginally-based Staff Briefings offering on proprietary strategy research, On-site presentations of research of the most progressive human resource departments, customized to the Council member's organizational requirements; Access to custom project library of more than 12,000 proprietary research pieces completed by other members. The Council's strategic research agenda is set only by its membership. Membership includes: Major Reseach Initiatives, Customized Research, On-site Presentations, Executive Retreats, Regional Briefing, and access to World Wide Site. This information is considered proprietary data limits competition. No solicitation is available. See Note 22.
