- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service of the United States Department of Agriculture, is conducting a space survey in Walsenburg, Colorado to determine the availability of approximately 1,700 square feet of net usable office space to house the offices of the USDA Service Center and 15 on-site parking spaces. Occupancy of the leased space would be required by October 1, 2004. The Government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications, and be located within the city limits of Walsenburg (or within .5 mile of the city limits). The space must be served by city water and sewer. The space must also be fully serviced.
