- Description
- Notice of Intent negotiate and award separate purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, GA to provide a full training facility to include training/meeting rooms, including breakout rooms, meals, am/pm breaks, audio visual and training aid for the purpose of conducting the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Technical Assistance Program Seminar (TAPS). The scheduled dates for the Atlanta TAPS are any two (2) weekday combination between August 9, 2004 and August 27, 2004. Preferred Days of the week (First choice): Wednesday thru Thursday combination; Alternate (Second Choice): Tuesday thru Wednesday combination. The starting time (Atlanta TAPS) is from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. daily. The seminar session(s) will begin each day at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. The anticipated number of attendees: 150 up to 300 for the Atlanta, GA TAPS. Lodging is not considered a requirement of the resultant purchase order or Statement of Work and will be a separate charge to be paid directly by participants and presenters. (NOTE: All contacts and discussions/negotiations on this requirement and the resultant purchase order will be limited to the hotel/conference facility and the EEOC. The requirements of the resultant purchase orders will not be handled by a third party). All inquiries and concerns must be addressed via e-mail to Caroline A.
