Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 05-0005, Repair Siding - Brick Facing, Bldg 168, at Minot AFB ND, in accordance with specifications MIN 04-0073, Repair Siding - Brick Facing IDIQ and drawing sheet 1 of 1. Work is 89% general, 1% mechanical, and 10% electrical. Project has Base approval. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is not in a restricted area. Performance period will be 120 calendar days. A 1 year warranty will be required. Project minimum is $50,000 and the project maximum is $1,900,000. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is $12,000,000. Project will be awarded using full and open competition procedures. Award will be made based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer. Solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 1 June 2004. Hard copies will not be available from the 5th Contracting Office.
