Description

Alongside aircraft fuel delivery services, fuel storage and distribution, ground fuel delivery and handling, Government service station operation, used oil collection, fuel laboratory operations and cryogenic operations at NAF El Centro, CA. Contract performance period is October 1, 2004 - September 30, 2008. Contractor-furnished refueling vehicles are required. The Best Value method using source selection procedures will be used in this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The solicitation will only be issued via the World Wide Web (Late April/May 2004) on the following DESC website.
