Description

Procurement to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all incidentals required to perform demolition and disposal of approximately 43,000 square feet of family housing dwelling units, 19 each at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Work inclu des demolition and disposal of all concrete slabs, masonary block walls, capping of utilities, removal and disposal of electrical, mechanical and associated work, ACM plan and disposal, all in accordance to the solicitation specifications and drawings. A m andatory pre-bid conference with site visit is specified in the solicitation. Procurement is unrestricted firm fixed price. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Issue date is on/or about 17 May 2004.
