Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is FA4621-04-Q-0032. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-22. This requirement is restricted to small businesses. Mandatory Site Visit to be held on 17 May 2004. All perspective offerors are to meet at the Visitor’s Center at McConnell AFB, KS. If interested, contact TSgt Robert Briney @ (316) 759-5446 NLT 14 May 2004 for time of site visit. Request is to purchase: -1/Set Stage Curtain, box pleated with straight stitch on sides, all pleats of uniform size with brass grommets 6 in on center, 4 in reinforced headers, 60% fullness, bottom hems 6 in double turned and straight seams, weighted bottom hem, on stage hem 18 in, offstage hem 2 in. Size approximately 19 ft high by 29-˝ ft finished width. To include matching valance. Color: Air Force Blue. -2/Pair Stage Curtain, side leg, with pivot arm, on and off stage hems 2 in with 3 in weighted bottom hem. To include matching valance. Approximate size 22 ft high by 4 ft wide. Color: Black. -1/Set Stage Curtain, Rear curtain to mask curved movie screen 46 ft long, 3 ft deep curve, on and off stage hems 2 in with 3 in weighted bottom hem. To include matching valance.
