Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F1EMCC40510200. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333515 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is accessories for a TR-65 Rotary Axis Table. The TR-65 is manufactured by Fadal and substitutes will not be accepted. There are three line items incorporated in this RFQ. Line item 1: TR-65 Rotary 4th and 5th axis table w/servo package (ROT-0073). Line item 2: Tailstock Assembly for TR-65 Table (ROT-0027). Line item 3: 3-Jaw chuck for TR-65 table (ROT-0004). This is a funded requirement. FOB Destination to 14535 W. Spad St. Luke AFB, AZ 85309. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total cost. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
