Description

ITEM: Canister Carrier Assembly, NSN 4240-01-376-1382, Part Number 5-1-1971. ITEM: Disconnect, Armor Quick Assembly, NSN 4730-01-392-2173, Part Number 5-1-1960-10. The CANISTER CARRIER ASSEMBLY consists of two polyphenylene moldings. These pieces twist together and are approximately 2.73 inches thick and 4.65 inches in diameter when assembled. Attached to the assembly are three polypheylene straps the longest being approximately 56 inches x 3/4 in. wide with snaphooks. The DISCONNECT, ARMOR QUICK ASSEMBLY is plastic molding and extrusion, polyphenylene oxide, type I & II, per EA-P-1486, color black. Rubber silicone, class 3B, Grade 30, spec ZZ-R-765, color black for seal. Approximate size assembly is 3.000 in. X 2.000 in. X 3/4 in. diameter. FOB is Destination. Estimated ordering periods are from date of award through 30 September 2009. Estimated solicitation issue date is June 4, 2004. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
