Description: This announcement is to clarify submittal requirements amended in previous correction. Interested parties are required to submit five (5) copies of the SF 254 for the prime contract and all subcontractors and/or consultants. If submitting only one SF 255 (five copies), SF 255 information for all subcontractors/consultants, in particular resumes', must be included in the SF 255. It is not necessary to submit a separate SF 255 for each subcontractor/consultant. Submittals are due by close of busines s, 7 June 2004 as 5 June 2004 falls on a Saturday.
