The period of performance will be for a base year and (4) four option years from 1 June 2004 through 31 May each year. RFQ W91YU0-04-T-0009 will be released on or about 7 May 2004 with a closing date of 21 May 2004. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
