Description

The US Government is interested in leasing approximately 4,500 usable square feet of office space in Jersey City, New Jersey. The delineated area is as follows: East: Abutting the Hudson River from First Street to Essex Street, West: Washington Street from First Street to Essex Street, North: First Street between Washington Street and the Hudson River, South: Essex Street between Washington Street and the Hudson River. The Government will consider the costs of moving, alterations, and other cost factors when considering any given office space for this procurement. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
