Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, Information Systems Services Division, Hardware/Software Branch (DITCO-AQSS31), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Xythos Software, Inc., One Bush Street, Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94104 for the acquisition of a quantity of one license for Xythos WebFile Server - DCTS Edition licensed for 200 installation instances and 20,000,000 users; Annual License; one year of technical support; quantity 1 JAAS Integration Plug-in; and 10 days of training for for installaion and administration for up to 10 engineers. The purchase is being made for DISA/TE12. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software must indicate their interest by close of business on 11 May 2004. Oral communications are not acceptable.
