Description

SITE VISIT REGISTRATION AND REQUIREMENTS. Interested vendors who have already submitted requested information, and have an interest in attending the SITE VISIT set for 10am 21 MAY 2004 at the Department of Labor, 200 Constitution Ave, Washington, DC, must completely fill out the information required on the EXCEL spreadsheet under this notice and return it by email to the CO listed below No Later Than 5/19/04 to be considered for entry to DOL on 5/21. If your name is not received and on the list by 5/19 COB, you will not be permitted entry to DOL. Please ensure you request a reply confirmation of receipt of your data by email only to knauer.robert@dol.gov NO MORE THAN 2 INDIVIDUALS PER COMPANY WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND. The site visit will begin promptly at 10am and concluded at noon. All attending firms will be provided a rough draft of the tasks involved in the A76 Printing and Repgraphics function. A walk through of the functional spaces will take approximately 30 minutues, followed up by a very brief question and answer session. Questions should be limited to only what is observed, and to the rough SOW provided. The RFP is planned for release on or about 11 JUNE 2004.
