- THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITIVE AWARD AMONG SEDBs THAT ARE CERTIFIED BY THE SBA???s 8(a) PROGRAM. ONLY THOSE 8(a) VENDORS THAT ARE CERTIFIED UNDER THE SBA IN AREA VI (AR, LA, NM, OK, and TX) WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT/SIR. NAICS CODE 541519 $21/million The FAA, Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for the MMAC Customer Service Center. The contractor will be required to perform services in support of the MMAC for service desk, office automation desktop, production control (mainframe operational support), knowledge management and service desk software administration as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement. The services will be performed at the MMAC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The contract has a potential duration of five (5) years including a base year with four (4) 1-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Offers will be evaluated and contract award made on the basis of ???Best Value to the FAA???. Each firm claiming 8(a) status is required to provide a copy of its SBA 8(a) certification letter to the Contracting Officer with its response to this Announcement/SIR. Firms are to submit an FAA Business Declaration form with your response to this Announcement/SIR. The form is provided as a separate document under this announcement. The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each vendor's program eligibility. SIR, DTFAAC-04-R-01323 is attached to this announcement. In accordance with Standard Form 33, block 9, proposals are due by 3:30 p.m. local time (central time) on 6/10/04. Questions on this SIR shall be in writing and directed to Phyllis.J.Townsley@faa.gov no later than 5/21/04. Any amendments(s) issued to this SIR will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
