- THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF RFP ISSUANCE. THIS EFFORT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL IN NATURE AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IAW FAR PART 12. Patrick Air Force Base anticipates a competitive acquisition to procure full food services. The Riverside Dining Facility food service operation consists of one main dining facility, Fit-To-Go located at the Fitness center and an operational flight kitchen. The successful bidder shall perform full food service. Tasks include complete oversight of the Base Food Service program, which include but are not limited to: (1) Preparing, serving and replenishing all food items (Per AF Worldwide Menu and Automated Recipe System), cleaning all associated facilities, equipment, and utensils. (2) Bussing tables in dining areas, and performing cashier services. (3) Maintaining quality control and positive guest relations. (4) Minor and major maintenance of food service equipment and all accounting functions, and (5) in the event of contingency, perform all required tasks to ensure continued service, this may necessitate 24 hour/7 day a week operations. All sources capable of providing these services are being sought. This procurement will be Full and Open with a 10% price evaluation adjustment given to the state approved blind vendor under the Randolph-Sheppard Act. In addition to the information provided below entitled ?Capabilities Package," responding parties must also indicate their size status in relation to the applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 5812 (size standard $17.5 Million) and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722310. Sources with 8 (a) status or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business should address their status in their responses. Capabilities Package. All interested firms should submit a capabilities package that outlines the firm?s capabilities in providing the required services. Contractor is required to provide all management and labor required for the operation and management of the required services. If subcontracts are to be used, provide anticipated percentage of effort to be subcontracted and whether small or large businesses will be used. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements. Recent, relevant experience in all areas should be provided. Teaming and/or subcontracting arrangements should be clearly delineated and previous experience in teaming must be provided. The response must not exceed 10 pages.
