- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is for informational purposes only and a wri tten solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Agency at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, has a requirement for 210 rolls of film listed as Kodak Catalog Number 152-7472, 35mm x 1200 ft, 2253, SP418 and 252 rolls of Kodak Catalog Number 1 92-8662, 70mm x 1200 ft, 2253, SP512. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 to Eastman Kodak Company, the only known source that can provide high-speed film with estar-based emulsions. The NAICS Code and the s mall business size standard for this procurement are 325992 and 500 employees. Payment will be made by Government Credit Card. Delivery shall be priced FOB Destination White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Anyone able to provide the Eastman Kodak high- speed film with estar-based emulsions is encouraged to respond. Responses should be supported by sufficient descriptive data. If you are selected, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov/) in order to receiv e the award. If you are not in the CCR at the time we are ready to make the award, you will be disqualified. The preferred method of submission is electronic email to kernsbj@wsmr.army.mil.
