Description
The Air National Guard is conducting market research and is requesting submittal of capability packages from all interested parties regarding your company??????s ability to provide C-38 OR Gulfstream G100 or ASTRA Aircrew Training. The required trai ning consists of: 1) providing C-38 Aircrew Initial Training to pilots on an as required basis. The Government estimates that twenty (20) academic days of ground and simulator training provide ample time for the course of Instruction to be completed; 1a ) ground training (classroom academics and cockpit procedural training); 1b) Flight Simulator Training. As a minimum, the contractor shall provide for the maneuvers, procedures, and functions identified below during the simulator blocks of training each simulator-training period shall consist of approximately four (4) hours and each pilot shall receive equal time for left seat training during this time frame; 2) The contractor shall provide C-38 Aircrew Refresher Training to pilots on an as required basi s. The Government estimates that five (5) academic days of ground and simulator training will be required to conduct this course of instruction; 3) Crew Resource Management (CRM) for pilots attending C-38 initial and refresher aircrew training; 4) Instrum ent Refresher Training (IRT) for aircrews attending C-38 initial and refresher aircrew training; Interested parties must be capable of furnishing fully qualified courseware, instructors, training facilities, and C-38 OR Gulfstream 100(G100) (commercial e quivalent) simulators immediately upon contract award. To be considered fully qualified, courseware and flight simulators must be certified to USAF/FAA standards. Company technical qualifications and past performance should also be addressed. This notic e does not obligate the Government to issue requests for proposals or award contracts for the subject training services. The Government shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished by potential sources in response to this n otice.
