- The RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for: Tie-Down, Cargo Aircraft NSN: 1670-00-937-0271, P/N 11-1-721. The Government anticipates that this acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a quantity of 55,000 each and three option quantities of 5000 each. This acquisition is 1 00% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS is 332999. The Request for Proposal, Technical Data Package, and other attachments will be posted on the Natick Contracting Divisions web site located at https://www3.natick.army.mil on or about 25 May 2004.
