- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to consolidate lease and maintenance of copiers and delivery of consumable supplies under a limited number of centrally controlled indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts, beginning October 1, 2004, for one year plus four one-year options. All IRS copiers nationwide will be added to these contracts as their present acquisition vehicles expire. This acquisition is unrestricted and will be performed under commercial item terms and conditions. The Request for Proposals is now available electronically from http://www.procurement.irs.treas.gov. The RFP is over 100 pages and may require several minutes to download. Firms who have trouble downloading the file should contact the Contracting Officer at the e-mail address below for alternative means of acquiring the RFP.
