- The U.S. General Services Administration's National Capital Region (GSA/NCR) and the U.S. Deparment of Veterans'Affairs is sponsoring an opportunity for Veteran and Service-disabled Veteran business owners to learn more about doing business with the government on Thursday, May 27, 2004. This unique event, entitled "Opening Doors for America's Heroes", will be held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center,1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The daylong program will include a series of workshops, a showcase of business opportunities by both Prime Contractors and Federal agencies and one-on-one business counseling sessions. Among the guest speakers are GSA Administrator, Stephen A. Perry, Donald C. Williams, Regional Administrator of the National Capital Region, and the Honorable Robert J.
