- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to acquire contractor support services for the inspection, transportation, scheduling and delivery of containers to the USCG Exchanges in Honolulu, HI, and Kodiak, AK. Shipping services shall include, but are not limited to crating of goods; inventory and inspection; ground shipment to port of debarkation; shipment by sea; receipt; inspection; and inventory of goods upon arrival at port in Honolulu, Kodiak and delivery of goods to the USCG exchange located at Sand Island, Honolulu, HI AND USCG EXCHANGE AT ISC Kodiak, AK. An example of items the USCG will be shipping consist of Beer; Appliances; Furniture; and Christmas Trees. The USCG is looking for GSA Contractors who can provide the above service to both Hawaii and Alaska. If not both, a GSA contractor that can provide the above services to one or the other locations. If there are no GSA Contractors the USCG will be interested in any Contractors who can ship to both locations or if not both to one or the other.
