- Description
- Westover Air Reserve Base 439th Services Division will host the Great New England Air Show on August 14-15, 2004. The Air Show is free and open to the public, and attracts approximately 100,000 citizens from the local and surrounding area. The purpose of the Great New England Air Show is to recruit citizens for the military and to provide goodwill and appreciation to local and surrounding communities. The only organizations that profit from the Air Show are nonprofit organizations that staff our concessionaire booths. The latest military and civilian aviation and other military and corporate organizations are displayed. Along with the Air Show displays, families and individuals are able to walk to the various aircraft displays, ride simulators, listen to music provided by military bands and enjoy other activities. The Air Show is a free community event. We invite corporations to take advantage of the sponsorship opportunities available. Mutually beneficial to all, partnering with the 439th Services Division allows your business to reach markets unavailable through traditional means while expanding and enhancing Service events. Participating as a corporate sponsor offers many benefits. The logos for each participating sponsor will be placed on publicity materials. Sponsors may hang banners at their designated booth space on the Air Show grounds. Sponsors will have the opportunity to conduct product sampling. Other opportunities and benefits are also available for participating in the Air Show. Join us at Westover in making the 2004 Great New England Air Show one to remember.
