Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, Item Description: VITAL SIGN MONITOR, ENCORE 204/EL: NEO/ADULT, ECG/NIBP/TEMP/1 IBP CONFIGURED WITH: NELLCOR OXIMAX SP02 RESPIRATION FOR PROPAQ 204/244, 2 EA; PRINTER W/EXPANSION MODULE, P/N 007-0046-01, 2 EA; THERMAL PAPER 10 PACK, P/N 008-0040-98 2 EA; CUFF KIT (SM & LG A DULT, THIGH, NO HOSES), P/N 008-0324-00 2 PG; GEN PURPOSE TEMP PROBE, ADULT, REUSEABLE, P/N 008-0419-01 2 PG; CABLES FOR REUSEABLE TEMP SENSOR, 10 FOOT, P/N 008-02350-00 2 EA; TEMP SENSOR, P/N 008-0230-00 2 EA. No or equal will be accepted. Items are required within 30 days ARO, and FOB destination is preferred for delivery to Volk Field CRTC/EM, BLDG 418, 100 Independence Drive, Camp Douglas, WI 54618-5001. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W912J2-04-T-3010. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contracto r Registration (CCR). Large businesses are welcome to submit quotes. This procurement is not being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, unless an adequate number of quotes are received from small Businesses. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
