- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number3FNC-04-3305 is a Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-13. This RFP is issued under Full and Open Competition and is unrestricted. NAICS Codes 337215 & 337127 apply. Size Standard 500 employees. The requirement is: To manufacture and/or provide Dexion/or equal system?s product parts as follows: 1. Lockers 1.1 ? Forty-One (41) Pieces: Metal Lockers with Base ? 1000 mm width, 500 mm depth, 2000 mm height. Double locker: each 500 mm/19.7? wide. Locker door has perforated metal front. Key-lock system. Four (4) keys per lock provided. Color, gray aluminum RAL 9007. 1.2 ? Forty-Two (42) Pieces: Metal Lockers with Base ? 1500 mm width, 500 mm depth, 2000 mm height. Triple locker: each 500 mm/19.7? wide. Locker door has perforated metal front. Key-lock system. Four (4) keys per lock provided. Color, gray aluminum RAL 9007. 1.3 ? One (1) Piece: Metal Locker with Base ? 500 mm width, 500 mm depth, 2000 mm height. Single locker: 500 mm/19.7? wide. Locker door has perforated metal front. Key-lock system. Four (4) keys per lock provided. Color, gray aluminum RAL 9007 1.4 ? Twenty-Seven (27) Pieces: Compartmentalized Locker with Base ? 1000 mm width, 500 mm depth, 2000 mm height. Double locker with six (6) compartments: 500 mm/19.7? wide. Locker door has perforated metal front. Key-lock system, three (3) locks per locker and one (1) per compartment. Four (4) keys per lock provided. Color, gray aluminum RAL 9007. 1.5 ? One (1) Piece: Compartmentalized Locker with Base ? 1500 mm width, 500 mm depth, 2000 mm height. Triple locker with a total of nine (9) compartments: 500 mm/19.7? wide. Locker door with perforated metal front. Key lock system, three (3) locks per locker and one (1) per compartment. Four (4) keys per lock provided. Color, gray aluminum RAL 9007. 2. Mirrors ? Eight (8) pieces. Approx. 900 mm width, 900 mm height. 3. Freestanding Benches with Shoe Rack ? Eight (8) pieces. 1000 mm width, 350 mm depth, 450 mm height. With wood slates. (Change in material without upcharge from original quote is confirmed with Dexion). Product is to be delivered and installed in Ramstein, Germany. Delivery will be to the ground floor, and placed just beyond the first door with a lock. Delivery required within 6 weeks after award. Contractor must have a local English speaking representative and have office/plant facility located within 150km of Ramstein, Germany. On site project manager for installation oversight and follow up must be provided. The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools equipment and transportation necessary to complete project. The contractor shall be responsible for protecting all government and personal property from damage during performance. The contractor shall clean up job site completely and remove all debris. The use of government dumpsters is not permitted. Product must be guaranteed to be available for 5 years after initial installation. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. PRICES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN US DOLLARS. Award will be based on best value evaluation using criteria in the following order of importance: Past performance, Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical evaluation factors are more important than price. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and make award without discussions. Offerors shall submit at least three references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar service or items. Provide POC telephone numbers. Provide Commercial price list. The price proposal must identify a firm fixed price for all products and services to be provided under this proposal. FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3. FAR 52.212.4 applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition.
