Description: Work consists of providing the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for removal and replacement of bridge closure devices, preparing the concrete surface inject cracks with epoxy resin adhesive, injection of all cracks wider or equal to 0.016 inch, and finishing and cleaning of the concrete surfaces after epoxy injection has been completed. Cracks to be repaired are located in all four girders. Work is located as follows: Travel SE of Prineville, Oregon for 33.1 miles on the Crooked River-Paulina Road State Hwy 380 then 0.1 mile south of Forest Road 16. Work is estimated to begin June 28, 2004 and be completed by July 17, 2004. This is a small business set aside.
