- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Capital Link, Inc., 100 Boylson St., Ste 700, Boston, MA 02116. The purpose of the contract is to Continue the Provision of Business Consulting Services to Primary Care Associations and Community Health Centers (CHCs) Undertaking Facility Projects. Capital Link has experience and expertise in consulting directly with CHCs regarding all aspects of a facility project; extensive experience in working with State based organizations regarding CHC facility development issues; an extensive and successful track record of facilitating the acquisition of capital and equity for CHC facility projects; extensive knowledge of, and experience in federal loan guarantees and other third party credit enhancements; and is comprised of a network of qualified professionals that are dedicated to working with HRSA, its grantees, its State based partners, as well as potential loan guarantee applicants and lenders. They possess the essential relationships, capability and experience necessary to provide the required facility development consulting services at the required volume to health centers and primary care associations, and are the only entity possessing the necessary unique combination of knowledge, skill, ability and experience essential for this effort.***The anticipated period of performance is for a two-year base and three one-year options. The statutory authority is 41USC 254 (c)(1), only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared by the Government. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive proposals.
