- Description
- The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for a full service, nationwide contract for Aircraft that have been seized and forfeited under federal laws. The services required will include relocation, storage, maintenance and disposal. It is the intent of the USMS to award a five (5) year non-commercial item contract, which will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100 % SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190, with a size standard of 500 employees and 6 million dollars. It is anticipated that solicitation number DJMS-04-R-0016 will be issued on or about June 1, 2004. The estimated response time for offers will be on or about July 1, 2004. This solicitation will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System (EPS) web site: http://www.eps.gov. The EPS provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the EPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Note: This new solicitation number will replace the original solicitation number DJMS-04-AFO-R-0027.
