- McGuire Air Force Base, NJ intends to purchase a Babington Technology Single Pallet Expeditionary Field (SPEK) Kitchen. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. A solicitation will be posted with this notice. Interested parties who are able to furnish this SPEK kitchen are welcome to submit an offer NLT COB 21 May 04, which will be considered by this agency.
