- The four items to be procured are: CLIN 0001: M2A2 Air Purifier, NSN: 4240-00-868-7906, P/N: 5-19-1772, Nameplate, aluminum, Spec Mil-P-15024, Cap Air flow control, rubber, spec Mil-R-3065, Precleaner & housing assembly Manifold Assembly: Particulat e Assembly: filter Gas Assembly . Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 2414 each.// CLIN 0002: M1A1 Housing and Precleaner, NSN: 4240-00-807-6858, P/N: 5-19-1785, Precleaner and Housing Assy consisting of sheet metal rectangular box with spot welded joints and a squirrel cage blower and a dust separator assy mounted internally. First Article Test and Phosphate Coating TT-C-490 rqmts apply. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 396 each.// CLIN 0003: M1A1-19 Precleaner and Particulate NSN: 4240-01-026-3112, P/N: 5-19-2353, Precleaner & Particulate Filter Assy M1A1 ,Centrifugal Fan for Forced Air used on Military Vehicles. Consist of Filter Particulate, Spring Clip, Precleaner & Housing As sy, Manifold Assy. M19 Particulate Filter will be GFM. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 5191 each.// CLIN 0004: Centrifugal Fan, NSN: 4240-00-510-0325, P/N: 5-19-2260, Containing a Fan Impeller made from aluminum alloy die-casting. Insulated, high temperature wire, with Housing. Total estimated quantity over 5 years is 569 each.// Delivery will be FOB Destination. The maximum quantity that the government is entitled to order over the lifetime of the contract per line item is as follows: CLIN 0001: 15,000, CLIN 0002: 2500, CLIN 0003: 30,000, and CLIN 0004: 3500. Estimated ordering periods will be from award da te through 30 SEP 2009. Estimated solicitation issue date is 03 JUNE 2004. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c), therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
