- This procurement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses. NAICS Code is 233310. The work includes a new two story approximately 31? x 40? CMU addition to existing Building 9, to include a built up roof, heat pumps for HVAC, site improvements including relocating an existing storm drain and an option for a new sanitary sewer line, and incidental related work. The work shall be located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Bethesda, Maryland. The procurement will be conducted using source selection procedures and the award will be based on the best value to the government considering non-priced factors, which are cited in the solicitation. The detailed description of this criteria and submission requirements will be included in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that the combined Technical Factors are considered equal in importance to Past Performance in the selection of the best value offerors. Each offeror will receive an evaluation rating for their response to the solicitation. The estimated dollar range for this procurement is between $250,000 and $700,000.
