Description

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor will develop a Hazardous Material Management Plan (HMMP) for Minot AFB to facilitate compliance with Federal and State regulations, Department of Defense policies, and Air Force Instructions and Supplements relating to the management of hazardous materials. Subject Matter. The HMMP will include, but not limited to, the following: 1 Hazardous Materials Management System. 2 HAZMAT Pharmacy Program. 3 Hazardous Material Storage. 4 EPCRA Compliance. 5 Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP). 6 Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Management. 7 Air Emissions Management. Deadline. The Government and the Contractor shall agree on a reasonable deadline for completion of services. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-MAR-2004).
