- 1. The National Aviation & Fire Resource Institute (NAFRI), Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply, delivery FOB Destination, and inside setup of pedestal and stackable chairs for its training facility located at 3265 E. Universal Way, Tucson, Arizona, 85706, approximately 2 miles east of Tucson International Airport. NAFRI provides classroom instruction in the areas of wildland fire, aviation, and incident management. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to Leah Arp-Romero at (520) 670-4532 by close of business May 21, 2004. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-22. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127 or 423210 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Submit a detailed equipment list/specification with price quote for supply, delivery, and inside setup of the following items. All items are manufactured by KI, Krueger International. ITEM 001, quantity 154, each, Torsion Pedestal base chair with arms, Model TPCAU, black frame and poly, upholstered grade 2 Doramay, color ruby 1837. ITEM 002, quantity 215, each, Torsion 4-leg armchair, Model TLFAU, black frame and poly, upholstered grade 2 Doramay, color ruby 1837. ITEM 003, quantity 50, each, Torsion 4-leg chair, no arms, Model TLNAU, black frame and poly, upholstered grade 2 Doramay, color ruby 1837. ITEM 004, quantity 20, each, Torsion stack chair transport dolly, Model TLD, black. ITEM 005, Delivery, FOB Destination to NAFRI dock with inside setup of chairs. 7. Required delivery after June 28, 2004 and before July 28, 2004. All applicable taxes, if any, shall be included in the quoted price. 8. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items. [FAR] 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items is applicable with the following factors used to evaluate quotes: Price and technical conformity to specifications. 10.
