- Description
- This project is setaside for an 8a contractor. The work on this project will consist of restoring wetlands on two sites in Hancock County, Iowa as shown in the contract drawings. Work at the Moeckly site will consist of shallow water excavations. At the Hobbs site, a dike and water control structure will be constructed. Some non-perforated tile will be installed at both locations as well. Equipment such as dozers, or excavators, scrapers and low ground pressure dozers will be used to construct the dike. The shallow water excavations will be constructed with the same type of equipment. Range of Cost for this project is $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 34 days after receipt of notice to proceed. a site showing will be held June 10, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. CST at DNR/Swanson WRP site North of Crystal Lake in Hancock County.
