Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC) , Bureau of Industry & Security(BIS)is contemplating negotiating on a sole source basis with ABM America, Inc, 2214 Rock Hill Road, Herndon, Virginia, for the Investigative Management System (IMS)production server annual maintenance. This is a renewal of the maintenance agreement that expired on March 31, 2004. Vendors who believe they can satisfy the Government's requirement must submit their technical capability statement, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to provide the required maintenance services. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
