- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; BIDS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number RFQ EASC EA133E-04-RQ-0104 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-23. This procurement action is full and open. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290. A firm is a small business for the purpose of this requirement if it size standard is 750 employees. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires (4) each Tuneable Universal Tracking Receivers. These receivers will be spare units for the Polar 13 Meter antenna. They are used for L, S, and X Band receivers. Delivery shall be 90-120 days after receipt of order. Items shall be shipped to USDOC, NOAA, Wallops CDA Station, 35663 Chincoteague Road, Wallops, VA. Quotes shall be FOB Destination.
