- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration plans to award a sole source purchase order to The Puget Sound Regional Council to support the Puget Sound Transportation Panel longitudinal survey. Because the longitudinal travel behavior survey is unique in the United States, in terms of the number of years it has been conducted, and the range of information included, the Puget Sound Regional Council is the only known source available to provide the survey. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about May 28, 2004.
