Description
This modification is to extend the due date for submittal of a Statement of Capability (SOC), and announce that a webpage for the Mark IVB Follow-On System Sustainment Acquisition is now available. The original Pre-Solicitation Notice posted to the Federal Business Opportunities web page on 26 Mar 04, Reference Number 40 reflected a SOC due date of 14 May 04. The due date for the SOC is now extended from 14 May 04 to 28 May 04. E-mail your SOC to Capt Marsh no later than 28 May 04, which should be limited to twenty-five (25) pages excluding resumes. In addition, the webpage for this acquisition is now available at https://www.cisf.af.mil/mkivb. SMC Det 11/PK will post draft and final documents related to this acquisition on this webpage for your information and use in responding to any government requirements for this acquisition. You are encouraged to review posted documents carefully and send your questions and comments via the link titled ?Submission of Comments/Questions Regarding Mark IVB Sustainment Acquisition? within the webpage. It will be your responsibility to check the webpage often, as this organization may post new documents, and changes to those documents, on the webpage without notice to potential offerors. Questions posed by potential offerors and answers to those questions will be posted within the link titled ?Industry/Government General One-on-One Minutes? within the webpage. Those organizations posing questions will remain anonymous. In addition, organizations wishing to be added to the list of potential offerors for this acquisition should provide contact information (company name, address, point-of-contact name, phone number, and email address).

Address: Hickam AFB, Hawaii; Kadena AB, Japan; Andersen AB, Guam; Elmendorf AFB, Alaska; Lajes AB, Azores; Sembach AB, Germany and two systems at Lockheed Martin, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania (one developmental and one for training).
