- The 496th Air Base Squadron at Moron AB, Spain hereby gives notice of its intention to award a purchase order for the acquisition of a Self Propelled Aircraft Lavatory Service Unit with water cart and baggage tow tractor under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
