Description

The Army Reserve Contracting Center (ARCC) is conducting a market survey for potential sources for a proposed contract for Base Operation Support (including Family Housing Area) at Fort Buchanan, PR. This includes maintenance and repair of facilitie s and structures, HVAC systems, potable water distribution system, storm and sanitary sewer systems and emergency power generation system. The work will entail routine and emergency repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance and minor construction jobs. Contractors will be required to provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training and licenses and must be able to operate multiple functions and projects. This will be a negotiated procurement requiring submission of cost and technical proposals and will result in a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract. The performance period will be a one-month Phase-In Period with an eleven month base period and four-one year option periods. The NAICS for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $23M. This is NOT a Request For Proposal (RFP) and no solicitation is available at this time. When the solicitation does become available, an announcement will be placed in FEDBIZOPPS. This survey is being conducted to determine the capa bility of potential sources. Do not submit capability statements.
