- Description
- The Oregon Army National Guard will be conducting Annual Training exercises in the Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, Model, Colorado from July 25, 2004 to August 26, 2004 and is looking for a prime contractor to provide all of the following requirements: A.) Billeting Tents at 40 square foot per soldier (2800 soldiers) with lights and electrical outlets, fire extinguishers, Evaproative coolers or Air conditioner for each billet tents to cool from 110 degrees to 85 degrees Farenheit with generators. B.) On e (1) Feeding Tent (minimum 500 person capacity) with lights and cooling system and generator. C.) One (1) Tactical Operations Command (TOC) tent with lights and electrical outlets, fire extinguisher and cooling system with generators. Approximately 9600 square feet. D.) Miles Storage tent with the same approximate square footage as the TOC. E.) Eighty (80) Portable toilets. Four of these must be handicap accessible. F.) Two (2) Portable Shower and Shaving stations with 48 shower heads and 48 washing stations, hot and cold water and maintenance. G.) Sleeping cots; 2900 each, nylon construction, 300 pound capacity. H.) Gray water removal. I.) Dumpster and Dumpster removal. J.) Refrigerator Vans: Three 40-45 foot and Two 20-25 foot vans. K.) Photoco piers: 10 each at approximately 20,000 copies per machine. L.) Forklifts: Eight (8) 4-6000 pound all terrain, One 10,000 pound all terrain, Two (2) 30,000 pound all terrain and two 6,000 pound electrical warehouse type. M.) Four pallet jacks 2500-3000 p ound capacity. N.) Laundry Service; provide laundry service for 30 personnel (Medics, POL, cooks) for nine days. O.) Catered Breakfast and Dinner meals. Meals will vary in amount from 55 to 2800 per day per meal. P.) Ice- 5086 pounds of block (10-20 pound) 15,257 pounds of cube. Q.) Bottled Water- 16,100 one-liter bottles. R.) Gatorade- 16,100 packets of assorted flavors. Each packet to make one liquid quart of Gatorade. There will be a site visit conducted on June 15, 2004 at 12:00 PM local time at Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site, 36086 US Highway 350, Model, CO 81059. It is highly recommended that prospective contractors attend this meeting. This is to be a single award based on the total aggregate cost of all items. Award can only be made to the contractor who is registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database and must have Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) capability.
