Production leadtime is 284 each 428 dyas after contract award when First Article (FA) is applicable, 284 each 285 days when FA is not applicable, 284 each 356 days after contr act award when Alternate II clause is recommended with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, Tracy, CA 95376-5000, and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC ,Cage Code 97499, SARGEN T CONTROLS &AEROSPACE, Cage Code 97613, and NEW HAMPSHIRE BALL BEARINGS, cage code 15860, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD -100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
