Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each, 270 Days After Contract Award. Required delivery with A lternate II clause is 100 each, 225 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 180 DACA. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 and Aero Engineering & Manufacturing Co., CAGE Code: 17772 beca use this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisiti on of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item de scribed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Req uirments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
