- Work consist of repaving approximately 2800 square yards of bituminous pavement with asphalt concrete surface course, applying pavement markings and incidental work at the Lock and Dam No. 2. The location of the work is in Bladen County, North Carol ina. The solicitation will be provided in a printed hard copy form. Electronic medium for submittal of the solicitation will not be allowed. Request for Solicitation No. W912PM-04-T-0039, should be addressed to USAED PO Box 1890, Wilmington, NC 28402 an d or faxed to 910-251-4454, ATTN: Cheryl C. Parks.
