- U.S. or Foreign flag RORO/container vessel able to carry the cargo described in Box 2. Minimum required speed of 15 knots laden in moderate weather. To move a minimum of 49,678 square feet RORO cargo and 49 containers of ammo (+/- 10% chop). Hazardous Material Class 1.1 thru 1.45. Must accommodate a minimum of 4 supercargoes.
