- Space & Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole source commercial item contract to SED Systems Inc., P.O. Box 1464, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada S7K 3P7. This procurement covers the purchase of twelve (12) Programmable High Frequency Adaptive Receive Systems (PHFARS) over a period of five (5) years. An Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price type contract will be negotiated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
